Throughout the day, airborne bacteria and pollution is attracted to your skin, and if they aren't washed away properly, they could potentially contribute to ageing, pigmentation and breakouts.
The first cleanse removes make-up, oil, dirt & SPF from the surface. The second cleanse will clean much deeper into the pores to remove any impurities. Always use that first cleanse to thoroughly remove make up. This may take a further 2-3 goes depending on how much you have used.
The second cleanse you want to be working the cleanser into your skin for at least a minute to ensure your pores are free from impurities.
Evening cleanses will allow serums, moisturises and any clever night-time leave-on’s to work their magic more efficiently. If you double cleanse in the evening, it isn’t always necessary to do the following morning.
A well designed face toner helps rebalance the skins natural PH levels to healthy. Very healthy skin has a PH between 4 & 5.... a level very easily upset by cleansing products

The Instant Painless peel is a natural enzymatic peeling gel, that visibly removes dead skin cells. Revealing brighter, softer skin, with no downtime associated with chemical peels.
Exfoliating not only helps to unclog blocked pores, remove dead/dry skin but also helps increase blood circulation which in turn helps you to achieve healthy glowing skin.
However, exfoliating every day can strip the skin of its natural oils, which can cause breakouts. Over-exfoliating can cause chronic skin irritation and inflammation, which can lead to accelerated ageing. Two to three times a week for normal and combination skin, and once a week for sensitive skin.
You want to avoid facial scrubs with large grains. Think of a sandpaper surface, if you look closely it has scratch marks and that is what will happen to your skin. Instead, opt for a softer more paste-like grained exfoliate which is less likely to irritate your skin.
LED Light Therapy
LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive hand and facial treatment that uses narrow band, non-thermal LED light energy to trigger your body’s natural cell processes to accelerate rejuvenation and repair of the skin. It’s recommended for skin rejuvenation, sun damage, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sensitive and inflammatory conditions, wound healing and scarring as well as anyone looking to restore skin’s radiance.

There are a lot of face masks on the market at the moment; from clay masks, sheet masks, mud masks and setting masks. So choosing the right one for your skin will depend on how often you can use it, some you can use every day but in general you should be using a mask 1-3 times per week. .
Serums are packed full of moisturising ingredients such as hyaluronic acid. They’re super absorbent, much more than your moisturiser as they have a lipid-soluble base. Because of this, it allows the active ingredients to penetrate deeper through the epidermis, instead of sitting on the top like regular moisturisers.
Moisturise & SPF
In this step, you ideally want to be applying moisturiser first. If you have used a serum, the moisturiser will help to lock in all the goodness and will help keep you hydrated and maintain its balance. Your SPF (sunscreen) or moisturiser with SPF can then be applied.
To SPF or not to SPF?
SPF!! Every day. But you need to apply it evenly and all over your face otherwise you will not get the SPF desired. Your foundation may very well ‘contain’ spf, but this is not enough to protect you from premature ageing or skin damage. But obviously some SPF is better than non.
Tip: Use gentle upward strokes, especially on the neck.
